  • CBT-1 (Graduate) Exam Dates: 5 June to 24 June 2025

  • CBT-1 Result Declaration: 19 September 2025

  • CBT-2 (Graduate) Exam Date: 13 October 2025

Age Limit Pay Scale

As per the 2025 guidelines:

  • Minimum Age: 18 years

  • Maximum Age (Graduate Posts): 36 years

    (For Undergraduate Posts, the upper limit is around 33 years.)

    Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories — OBC, SC, ST, PwD — as per government norms and RRB notification.

The pay scale for various graduate-level positions under RRB NTPC (7th CPC Matrix) is as follows:

  • Goods Train Manager: ₹29,200 (Level 5)

  • Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor: ₹35,400 (Level 6)

  • Senior Clerk cum Typist / Junior Account Assistant: ₹29,200 (Level 5)

  • Station Master: ₹35,400 (Level 6)

In addition to the basic pay, employees are entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other government benefits.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate Posts: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) from a recognized University or equivalent qualification.

  • Undergraduate Posts: 12th Pass (10+2 system) from a recognized board.

    Certain positions (like Typist) may require additional computer/typing skills as mentioned in the notification.
